From Tabletop Tuesday to Throwdown Thursday, Paint-a-Pot from the Art Center, and movies in our stadium-seating theater, there's always an activity for you at the Askew Student Life Center.
Stop by the ASLC on Tuesday for Tabletop Tuesday from 6-10 p.m. as the ASLC Game Committee presents our monthly tabletop celebration, featuring Dungeons and Dragons, Board Games, and Cards. Then, it's Throwdown Thursday, Thursday from 6-10 p.m. as the Game Committee hosts a fierce fighting game competition including Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
Friday, the ASLC hosts a Lego Block Party from 4-8 p.m. Master builders, casual amateurs, and crafty hobbyists are welcome in the Cyber Cafe for an afternoon of Lego building. At the end of the event, our panel of judges will pick the top three builds to be displayed. Plus, there are Paint-a-Pot opportunities from the Art Center all week and movies showing nearly every night. See movies.fsu.edu for the theater schedule.

Connect with members from our Fraternity & Sorority Life councils this week. Online registration for IFC Rush ends Monday at 11:59 p.m at fsuifc.com. Chapter previews begin September 13 and rush week starts September 19.
It's NPHC Week. Join NPHC groups for a Day of Service, Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Kearney Center. Then, Wednesday, the NPHC Unity Step will take place at 12:30 p.m. in the Union Courtyard. Learn about NPHC groups at NPHC 101 this Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the GLOBE Auditorium. Then join in at NPHC Karaoke on Thursday starting at 6 p.m. in the Student Union or play in the NPHC Basketball Tournament Friday night at 6 p.m. at the Leach Center. Finally, next week, make plans to attend the MGC Showcase on Tuesday, September 6 at 6 p.m. also in the GLOBE Auditorium.

Enjoy an extra day this weekend, no classes this Monday for the Labor Day Holiday. Instead head over to the Askew Student Life Center for a movie, free for students. Showing this weekend is Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Friday at 8 p.m. and Saturday at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Or, spend an afternoon by the lake at the Rez: FSU's Lakefront Park & Outdoor Center. Take a swim or set sail on the water. Free kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals for students. Play sand volleyball or disc golf, scale our climbing wall, or just relax in the shade. Open 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Thursday through Monday. All free with your FSUCard.

Gather your friends and sign-up your team for our first Intramural Sports of the fall semester: 3-on-3 soccer, 3-on-3 basketball, 5-person team bowling, and pickleball doubles. Registration begins Wednesday, August 31 at 12 Noon at campusrec.fsu.edu/im. Sign-up continues through September 7.
